What Do Our Pool Cleaning Services Cost?

Expanded Chemical Service

$165 per month

Includes:

  • Test Water
  • Adjust Chlorine & pH levels
  • Check time clock
  • Full water analysis quarterly - pool water balanced as per APSP standards, calcium hardness, alkalinity, conditioner below retail price
  • Clean pool sweep bag as needed
  • Clean out skimmer basket weekly
  • Clean pump strainer basket as needed
  • Backwash DE and Sand filters as needed
  • Hose down cartridges - extra charge @$180
  • Chlorine and acid are included, specialty chemicals are billable on as needed basis

Homeowner Responsibility:

  • Maintain proper water level
  • Clean debris from pool surface & bottom once a week
  • Brush pool steps weekly
  • Clean (take apart) and inspect DE filter once a year
  • Homeowner must know how to turn equipment on/off in emergencies

Basic Cleaning Service

$225 per month

All of the Expanded Chemical Service PLUS

  • Clean debris from surface and bottom of the pool as needed
  • Brush pool steps weekly
  • Storm and/or party cleanup extra
  • Clean & inspect DE and cartridge filters as needed - extra charge of $180
  • Chlorine and acid are included. specialty chemicals are billable on an  as needed basis

Homeowner Responsibility:

  • Maintain proper water level
  • Homeowner must know how to turn equipment on/off in emergencies



Next Steps

Expanded Cleaning Service

$265 per month

Includes ALL of the other services PLUS

  • Tile cleaning as needed
  • Take apart filter 2x per year for cleaning and inspection
  • All specialty chemicals are included

Homeowner Responsibility:

  • Maintain proper water level
  • Homeowner must know how to turn equipment on/off in emergencies


With the Extended Cleaning Service plan you always know what your monthly fees will be as there are no additional fees except for pool and equipment repairs if needed.
