 We know that it's a balancing act to properly service and maintain a commercial swimming pool whether you're an HOA, apartment complex, retirement community, high school pool, or public pool. You're trying to keep the Board, the swimmers who will ultimately utilize the pool, and the County happy, all at the same time. 

It's a challenge in the best of circumstances and it's made even harder if you don't have somebody on staff with the necessary pool management experience.

At Picture Perfect Pool Services, we provide several different commercial pool service programs and, if necessary, may even be able tailor one specific to your needs if needed.

Our two most popular programs provide for either three weekly service calls during the regular swim season and two during the off season or a slightly different plan allows for two weekly service calls during the regular swim season and one during the off season.

Our Commercial Pool Service Includes

Menu

Testing
  • Test your pool's pH, alkalinity, calcium, chlorine and cyanuric acid
Water Balance
  • Balance your pool's chemistry based on the results of the above tests
Pool Cleaning
  • Clean skimmers
  • Skim the surface of the pool if needed
  • Remove debris from the bottom of the pool as needed
  • Brush steps and walls
  • Clean tiles as needed
Equipment
  • Check and clean pump strainer basket as required
  • Check equipment for proper operation and good repair
  • Clean chlorinator injectors
  • Backwash filters as needed
Documentation
  • Record test results on County health sheets
  • Notify the owner or manager of any issues
Additional
  • Clean and inspect filters 2 times per year (recommended)

Our typical pricing for commercial pool services start at between $400 - 700 per month and increase from there based on several factors.


Factors that affect pricing include:

  • How many individual pools are we servicing?  More pools require more time.
  • How many square feet in size is your pool?  Larger pools require more time to service.
  • How much foliage is there around your pool.  This affects the amount of time we'll need to spend cleaning your pool.
  • How many days a week do you want your pool serviced?  More service days equate to more time we spend at your pool.

2  Schedule a Visit

Once you've contacted us, we'll work with you to schedule a convenient time  to come out and take a look at your pool.  During the visit we'll check out your pool and equipment, answer any remaining questions you may have and then add you to our schedule.

3  You Can Relax

You can relax, knowing that we'll be coming come out, multiple times a week, to make sure your water chemistry is right and the pool is clean so that everyone, including the board, swimmers and the County will be happy.
